Michael Pilch Jr., who trains at Tiger Kai Karate of the Spectrum Gym in Blakely, recently set four age-7-and-younger United States and World Breaking Association (USBA/WBA) competition records for child-size spaced boards at the 2018 Keystone State Breaking Championships, which were recently held in Montdale. Michael broke eight with a stomp, five with an elbow, six with a hand and eight with double hands. In addition Michael also set a new Tiger Kai dojo record for most first-places: five at one tournament. He also won the creative breaking division at the event. The USBA/WBA is the largest breaking association in the world.
