The Story of the Greater Carbondale YMCA (Endowment Fund Video) has been named a winner in the 39th annual National Telly Awards competition. The production, created by Thomas J. McHugh of Edventures Consulting Inc., in conjunction with the Greater Carbondale Y, won in the Awareness Campaign category. The video can be viewed at youtu.be/Vw-gAGFySfk.
Working in conjunction with the Greater Carbondale YMCA, McHugh designed the mini-documentary to chronicle the important role that the Y plays in the community, its importance as a valuable asset to the residents of the area, and its tremendous growth. The program also acts as an advocacy tool to support the continuation of the significant programs offered by the Y and its need for continued support.
