The queen for this year was Michaela McLaughlin. She was crowned by last year’s queen, Emma McHale. She chose Ian Fedorchak as her escort.

The queen was announced at the pep rally on the Friday before the game. The girls and their escorts were honored at halftime of the Lackawanna Trail game as well as at the pep rally.

“I was honored to be selected by my classmates and very excited to participate as homecoming queen,” said McLaughlin. “It was a great way to start off my senior year.”
